Change default R&I times
Using the app like crazy and really like it.
Would it be possible to change the default R&I times as a future added feature? I find that many of them are higher than the ins companies will pay so I always need to adjust them down a few tenths or so. Not a showstopper, just a suggestion.

Hi Brian – Thanks for the suggestion. We’ve considered crowd-sourcing R&I times, or at the very least, giving techs the ability to set labor times when cloning/creating a custom matrix (similar to custom add-ons).
In the end, we decided to open up the R&I times for modification (which is a bit of effort, I agree) during the estimating process. We’re still chewing on this one, so stay tuned.
