  2. Monthly statement

    Can you create and print a statement from the whole month to be paid on the net amount after a hail storm. The shop get a percentage and you want to send them a monthly statement on what is owed instead of single invoices

  4. Any plan on doing an update for route guys. Something that would estimate panels that are not hail?

  6. Mechanical labor rate

    We only have the option of either paint or body labor. Mechanical time should be used when scanning for codes. We also do light collision so for example evacuate and recharge ac system is under mechanical labor rate. If we could add that option would be great. Thank you,

  7. Ability to tax the misc items

    Need to be able to tax the misc items. Iowa charges tax on everything so I need to collect for it

    Also could you make it convert to quickbooks soon. Thanks

  8. Some custom items

    • somewhere to put PO number as well as work order -ability to add notes to each dent on that panel eg. Large dent, aluminium etc. -I would like each estimate to cc to myself automatically otherwise I have to enter it every time -a place to add terms and conditions of the invoice template -ability to customize items on the invoice template

  10. Time changing shortcuts for efficiency

    PDR mobile feedback
    -Misc panel doesn't work
    -Eliminate the "PDR, R&I, Repl, Subl, Compare" screen altogether. It's an extra step and a constant time sucker
    -change the default dent size to quarters not dimes
    -Allow adjustment of R&I time on the R&I list
    -Stop that refresh delay that occurs after every single command!!!!!!!
    -Allow me to assign tech within the vehicle estimate screen
    -Set the revenue split to "net" as the default, not "gross"
    -Show each PDR and R&I total on every individual panel on the panels screen. Then identify each panel with a label above each panel instead of…

  18. Add a way to set up for a canadian adress?

    I live and work in Canada and can't add all the info I'd like to because of differences such as zip over postal code and states over provinces.

  20. Change default R&I times

    Using the app like crazy and really like it.

    Would it be possible to change the default R&I times as a future added feature? I find that many of them are higher than the ins companies will pay so I always need to adjust them down a few tenths or so. Not a showstopper, just a suggestion.

    Hi Brian – Thanks for the suggestion. We’ve considered crowd-sourcing R&I times, or at the very least, giving techs the ability to set labor times when cloning/creating a custom matrix (similar to custom add-ons).

    In the end, we decided to open up the R&I times for modification (which is a bit of effort, I agree) during the estimating process. We’re still chewing on this one, so stay tuned.
